For details about how we handle personal information, read our Privacy Policy.

Using Reserve.ph

Reserve.ph provides booking, scheduling, reminders, intake forms, payment coordination, and related business-management tools. By creating an account, clicking accept, paying for a subscription, or using Reserve.ph, you agree to these Terms of Service electronically.

Business authority and accounts

If you use Reserve.ph for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, controlling staff access, and keeping account, billing, business, and contact information accurate and current.

Optional Google sign-in

You may choose Google sign-in to create or link a Reserve.ph account and sign in. You can also use an email address and password. If you connect a Google account, Reserve.ph requests basic account identity information for that sign-in feature; it does not request access to Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive. You can disconnect Google in account security settings after setting up another sign-in method. Our Privacy Policy explains what Google account information we receive, how we use and protect it, and how to request deletion of your account information.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for your booking pages, services, prices, descriptions, availability, cancellation and no-show policies, professional licenses, permits, client notices, receipts, tax obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to your business and customers.

Customer and client data

As between you and Reserve.ph, you control the client and booking data you submit to the service, including booking details, service records, intake forms, medical or health-related responses, and consent records. Reserve.ph may process that data to provide, secure, support, improve, and administer the service, comply with law, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Reserve.ph protects service data with safeguards that include tenant-level encryption and secure storage. You must provide required notices and obtain required consents from your clients.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are month-to-month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled before the next billing date. Fees, taxes, and charges shown at checkout, in invoices, or in your account govern that billing period.

Payment providers and deposits

Reserve.ph may enable payment links, deposits, or online payments through third-party payment providers. Provider terms apply. Reserve.ph is not a bank, wallet, money transmitter, escrow agent, or payment settlement provider unless expressly stated. You are responsible for your deposit, refund, chargeback, and tax obligations to your clients.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund/Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Reserve.ph for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful, regulated-without-permit, spam, malware, credential-harvesting, privacy-violating activity, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass security, or collection of personal data without a lawful basis.

Platform availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Reserve.ph reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security, provider outages, events beyond our control, or changes to the platform. Reserve.ph is not intended for emergency or mission-critical use.

Intellectual property

Reserve.ph, its branding, software, designs, and content belong to Reserve.ph or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business content and client data, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

Electronic transactions and notices

You agree that electronic records, confirmations, receipts, notices, and acceptances may be used for transactions with Reserve.ph to the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, including the Electronic Commerce Act.

Disclaimers and liability

Reserve.ph is provided as business software and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, client attendance, service outcomes, payment approval, or that your use of the service satisfies laws specific to your business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to Reserve.ph in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, misuse client data, or use the platform in a way that may harm Reserve.ph, users, clients, or third parties.

Governing law, complaints, and contact

These terms are governed by Philippine law. Questions, complaints, or notices may be sent to support@reserve.ph or to Reserve.ph at the address below. We encourage you to contact us first so we can review and respond to concerns, without limiting rights before the DTI, NPC, courts, or other competent authorities.
